With the help of our expert partners, we’re giving students the chance to dream, design and build something better for the next century. Helping kids get excited about technology and engineering today means more innovations, history-making ideas, and inventions that will change the world in the future.

Curiosity Machine

2 students working on experiment

Iridescent and Boeing engineers created more than 20 hands-on design challenges that encourage curiosity, creativity and persistence. In these activities, students turn low-cost household materials into innovative engineering solutions. Along the way, they can reach out to engineering mentors for guidance and insights.

Above and Beyond

teach and students using Above and Beyond exhibit

Above and Beyond is a traveling aerospace exhibition that celebrates how dreams take flight. Visitors experience the thrill of flight by virtually testing their own supersonic jet, piloting a drone into the eye of a hurricane, and taking an elevator ride to the edge of space. Teacher guides help educators plan field trips and integrate Above and Beyond into classroom instruction. The exhibition is developed in collaboration with NASA and Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum.
